CHANGSHA ZONEKEY PATENT LAW FIRM was founded by seven partners in 2002. But its history dates back in 1984 when first modern Chinese patent law was adopted by National People’s Congress. Hunan Patent Agency, the predecessor of CHANGSHA ZONEKEY PATENT LAW FIRM, was founded in 1984 by the government. Due to its excellent work, Hunan Patent Agency won many honors and awards in the past eighteen years. In 2000, it was designated by the State Council as a foreign-related patent law firm, and was qualified being entrusted by foreign clients. Most of the patent agents, trademark agents and lawyers of the former patent agency are now working in the new firm, and several other patent agents, trademark agents and lawyers joined us.
